Hell, why not Theo for HC? Certainly can't do worse than Fox with Wins and might be able to recruit better.

That would be like Wyking all over again with a completely unqualified and inexperienced HC, but I would also still take Theo over Fox in a heartbeat.

Wyking was an assistant for 20 years and in his first stint as the head guy showed he learned nothing sitting on a bench for two decades, Theo might start off rough but he certainly learned something while working for Golden State that could work.
