I always watch One Shining Moment, and almost always I think they show some players, coaches or teams too much, while other teams get no air time. For this year:

Shown too much:
- Miami
- Illinois
- Purdue
- Iowa State
- Charlie Moore (shown 3 times)
- St Peters (yeah, they should be prominently featured, but 13 times?)
- Coach Howard - yeah there was the controversy, but why show him 3 times (for comparison, National Champion Coach Self was in 3 clips - 2 was the back of his head, and Coach K shown 3 times)
- Why show UCLA's Jamie Jacquez twice? (one showing him taking off his warm up ... they couldn't show someone else doing that since he was in the video already?)
- Zags Timme

Shown too little:
- Final Four Villanova
- Most of the other 50 teams in the tournament
- Pac12 - I saw 3 UCLA clips (2 Jamie) which was ok, but only 1 AZ clip and no USC - Big 10 had at least 5 times more (although their teams advanced more)

you mean like when they showed Cal 4 times in 1993 for making the Sweet Sixteen?

No, very different.

They should have had twice as many Cal clips

I remember when they first did this.

It does remind us why the tournament is the greatest sporting event ever invented. Really NOTHING like waking up on a Thursday, sitting down and watching 14 hours of hoops.

I was at those games. Great time.went to Winston Salem, Dallas, Oklahoma city, Dallas and Salt Lake and Memphis to see Cal n first round games. Also San Jose.

I used to book hotels at all the sites and knew a woman at a United office who would book all the sites without taking miles until I knew. Those were the days.

Winston Salem was the best. I should have went on to New York.

Some great memories. I just watched the 1997 one and at about the 40 second mark there is a phenomenal clip of Kenyon Jones (RIP) lifting Prentice McGruder in the air after advancing to the Sweet 16. What a moment!
