Entering Haas from the RSF

Years ago if you parked in the rsf you could enter Haas through a door at the end of the parking lot. Is this still the case?

either the stairs leading outside, or up the rsf elevator, on the east end of the underground lot, attended by gameday staff last time i was there (maany months ago)
