I'm not sure Vitale is actually alive. I think that was some sort of animitron doing his shtick on the ESPN NCAA tournament choice show. Either that or he just does it in his sleep these days.

Phelps gave Stanford Dick DiBiaso, and gave Cal Dick Kuchen. Phelps had a good record, so maybe he didn't delegate much to those two guys.

If we are going for an old guy, I'd rather have Brad Duggan.
