It is CBS, but if you have Dish Network, you may be out of luck for TV anyway. CBS and Dish are having a contract dispute, and CBS is threatening to pull all CBS channels off Dish Network.

Good news - CBS and Dish agreed on a multi year deal this morning, ending the dispute. I'm not sure how to link via mobile, so maybe someone can help me -

Dish and CBS reached a multi-year agreement early this morning after CBS channels were blacked out briefly last night.
