Does anyone know if the protests are near haas or berkeley bart? Any suggestions for Wednesday night? I was going to take bart but have a permit to park in RSF. Am thinking avoiding bart might be s better idea.

Also maybe come up ashby instead of using hiway 24? Am considering not going at all if the priests continu

Most of shattuck got trashed pretty bad. Probably won't last until Wednesday, but if it does I wouldnt depend on Bart (which shut down the DT Berkeley station) nor 24 (which always seems to get shutdown by idiots blocking traffic)

Are these protesters, in Berkeley, protesting police brutality or student fee hikes? I was told it was students protesting fee hikes but that seems extreme.

They are referring to the protests over the weekend regarding police brutality. It appeared to me from the news feeds that the freeway traffic block was via University Ave. at highway 80 - not 24. With our dwindling attendance, I hope no one is swayed from attending the game.
