Not a bad pad! Definitely not your typical Walnut Creek home and I can't imagine where it is.



Sold for 2.5 million last year and they wanted 3.9 million for it this year.

I dunno, for that coin in WC I'd definitely want a pool. $750/mo. utilities stipend is nice though, just what every young multimillionaire needs.

It's off Rudgear, which is practically Alamo.

Reasonable. Larger than his current house but the setting is not as nice (mature trees near a pond/lake in Orinda). Not many homes that size and price range in WC.

Didn't know WC was that cheap. 3 mill won't get you that far in many bay area cities. Maybe half the square footage

Too close to the road noise for my preference. But great access to freeway and all those WC restaurants and shopping!
Yes, why not Orinda? Closer to the arena, or not if you consider he's all freeway and no slow winding around.... Like down miner road takes forever.
House next door for sale. Who wants to be Curry's neighbor?

Maybe the club itself, but that area isn't really very snotty unless it's changed a lot in the last three years.
