I know nothing about Yale's team, but certainly the Ivies are getting more serious about recruiting basketball players, who can handle the academic load. And many can.

Yale out rebounded UW by 13 and had more assists, but UW had better stats in just about every other category. faultz had 30.
not sure how they lost, but it's actually bad for the conference rpi. my guess is uw will figure it out by conference

Final score: Yale - 98, UDub - 90. What is going on at UW? Is this Lorenzo Romar's final season, as the Shockster predicts? Will he make it through the season if they lose more than win more, half way through?

Ok just looked at the stats. Fultz had himself a game, they scored 90, and lost.

Washington picked for a bottom half of the Pac 12 finish despite having one of the likely #1 picks in the NBA draft next summer. They've got some good athletes but they are very young and not that skilled. As per all Romar teams, they won't figure out how to play defense for awhile. This UW team has some upside IMO and could surprise in the Pac 12 but they are 8-12 weeks out from realizing it. Fultz is the real deal

Yes Fultz with 30, 7, and 6 in his very first game is a Shareef type start. He may very well be on some all-American teams as a frosh. UW also has a potential pro in Thybulle so the talent is there just like Romar had last year.

Jaylen Brown was the #3 pick.
What did that get us?

Yale's rebounding advantage is the result of UW's paucity of front court talent.

18-0 at home. # 4 seed in NCAA Tournament which was unfortunately hijacked by injuries (Wallace, Bird).
