Why is Monty listed as a Stanfurd inductee? Why not both Cal and Furd?

Congrats to Randle. I would've thought he's a shoo-in for a Cal Sports HOF. But conference-level HOF is pretty darn big.

So why are Chauncey Billups and Andre Miller being inducted into the Pac-12 Hall of Fame when they never played a Pac-12 game? Shouldn't they be in the Big-12 or Mountain West or WAC or whatever Conference Hall of Fames?
