Dear parents: If wilson was hired to replace Theo, why did WJ take so long in making the hire??has WJ confirmed that he is looking for another ass't??If true, one would think diversity needs to be an issue.

As for the coaching changes, I think Theo's replacement last season was 'interim' since it happened during the season and I believe was our 'Director of Operations' or similar role. The Pepperdine coach (Wilson) was hired after the season was over to replace Theo's seat on the bench. Based on timing, I bet PWB is spotting Tyrese Maxey's Dad as a replacement for O'Toole.

Wyking is going to take his time to fill this spot. Don't have a timeline, but be patient on this one.
Wasn't O'Toole responsible for coaching bigs? Is Wyking looking for a replacement for O'Toole to work with bigs?
