DeCuire signed a three year extension last year that bumped his salary to $175K plus incentives. Money may not matter but if it does, even we can blast out of the water anything Montana can offer.

Signing an extension does NOT mean the coach wont move. The extension gives the coach security in case things do not work out with the open position. Also means that the buy out to the existing University goes up by (around $200k in this case)

I'd want to see how he does without Ja Morant, who is an otherworldly player, especially at that level. His first 2 years vs these last 2 years with Morant show a deep contrast.

That's fair, although I think McMahon deserves some credit for developing Morant, he has really flourished at Murray State. Plus I've read a lot of good things about McMahon, and he's brought in some good players besides Morant. But I agree, Ja is special

Which extension panicked you More? This one or Jones extension last week. Come on, now.

I just hope it's not Mark Fox. A guy that couldn't do it at a school with more resources and no admissions standards to speak of.
