We knew he was bad when he didn't fire Wyking of his own accord. The cherry on top of this sundae will be when we find out that the contract terms are ridiculously overpriced for how little interest every other program in the country had in Fox.

Okay, who is with me about guessing when a selection committee will be formed to come up with
another football coach? I like Coach Wilcox too, but I can't help feeling that something is still missing?

This is bad. We'd better find an offense and turn things around in football this Fall so we can build up a buyout fund for the next AD to use.

Honestly, I would have understood giving Wyking another year better than giving Wyking $3 million so you can hire Fox.

There also should have been no rush to make a decision if the best you have is Fox, wait for more dominos to fall. Fox was not going to get snatched up.
