I've been wondering the same thing. I asked my ticket rep, and she replied that I should 'keep an eye out' for them this week, but I still haven't even received a shipping notice. I know they often make the exhibition game free for anyone, but they still should be getting our season tickets to us more than a week in advance.

They've been having them every year for at least the last 5 or 6 years (since season ticket sales have been decreasing). This year, I believe it was in July? I was able to move down a row and over a a few seats over the phone (instead of being there in person).

Didn't your Gold Standard rep send you an email a few weeks ago asking you to double-check what address they had on file for you before tickets were shipped?? Mine did. Also, when you renewed, did you update your mailing address?

We moved eighteen months ago. Cal sent our football tickets and many mailing to the correct current address over the last year.

I called the Gold Standard team today. They are helping to replace the tickets, in spite of the power outage.
