Don't let COB run this team. Move the team to Oakland or Moraga and play there.

It's becoming clear (if it wasn't already) that we should move the whole University out of the COB. But two questions:

1. Would we still be able to keep the "Berkeley" brand, known throughout the world for academic excellence?

2. Where the heck would we move to? Oakland? Is that really going to be any better? Albany? El Cerrito? Somewhere farther away like Grass Valley?

2a. Let's say we move across the border to a neighboring city, what do we take with us? For example, the Campanile is so iconic, we HAVE to take that, right? Do we just lay it on its side and build the two world's largest trucks to move it? (not gonna work) Do we take it apart piece by piece? More cost effective to just build a new one?

You can see how this is going to get complicated, quickly. But worth it, for sure!
