For day games, San Pedro Square Market might work. It's not a traditional sports bar setting but has lots of food options and several places to watch a game:

Lazy Dog in Cupertino Main Street plaza or Yard House in Santana Row in San Jose across from the Valley Fair Mall might be good. Both are large, have multiple TVs over the bar and throughout the restaurant, although both have average food.

If you want a smaller, more intimate place with better food let me know and I'll make some other recommendations.
