The Giant's fans sold out their stadium for many years in succession. It's about time the owners spend some of their profits on some "name" talent.

Agree. They are going after some international players right now. But why would anyone want to sign here? If the Giants offer the most money, then maybe, but the Giants lose to the dodgers, mets, yankees cubs on sex appeal and big names who are already on board. the Giants need to sign a big name right now, so they can attract even more names. the "loaded with young talent" angle aint gonna cut it.
