A 4 star pitcher who just led her team to a PGF title? Shoot, i'll take it.

"Boccanfuso has made a name for herself in the Athletic Mercado organization, helping them to the PGF National Championships. She carried a heavy load this summer in California during the 16U Premier title run.

The pitcher from Palos Verdes High School overcomes her shorter stature with her very good dropball. She competes and rises in the tough moments. Boccanfuso has the ability to change planes with her movement. Her pitches are deceptive and have the ability to hit spots in any count."

Rated top ten pitcher in the 2027 class.

Just in time for the opening of the new stadium!

Coach Singleton has a hell of a recruiting angle for that 2027 class: "I just won a national championship, we've got a brand-new state of the art stadium coming, the best weather, and the best degree in the country."

I am very optimistic about this commit. While she does not appear to blow everyone away with speed, she appears more of a spin and location type of pitcher. Her speed will come with maturity. I'd take location and movement over speed any day of the week. She appears to be very "strudy" as well, meanig she can go the distance.

Also Extra Innings had her even higher, somewhere between 26-30 (behind a paywall, though, and I already have two softball subscriptions.) She's led Milinani HS to two straight Oahu Interscholastic Association titles. ASU beat out Cal for her.

Bautista also had offers from Washington, Utah, Oregon and Texas A&M.

Her fellow HS and club teammate Aina commited the same day as her to Washington.

When reviewing videos of Hinano she's got a powerful and frankly beautiful left handed swing. She led the state of Hawaii in homeruns last year. I'll take it!
