Maggie Kane became the new women Tennis coach taking over the coaching from interim coach Kris Kwinta who was doing double duties as the Men tennis coach. The recent endowed position Coach Maggie has been named The Stacy Savides Director of Women's Tennis. She was previously associated coach at Ok State and most UC Santa Barbara. She was a 4 year player at University of North Carolina. Wonder if Stephanie Kusano Wallace will remain an assistant and was she considered?

Seems young and inexperienced. She may be great, but J&J couldn't get a more experienced coach from some other school?

The team has had an opening as head coach for quite some time. The men's tennis coach had to assume the duties during the interim. Maggie Kane was associate head coach at my alma mater, UCSB. IMO, she seems like she might give the program the boost that it needs. We shall see...GO BEARS!
