Elizabeth Edmonston, a senior on the Field Hockey team, sits down to talk about her journey with scoliosis. Pretty amazing…dealing with that surgery…getting back to the game. Go Bears!

Great story! I was close to having scoliosis and was tested for it. My daughter also was tested but we both passed. It's just a curvature in your spine that stays with you throughout your life. My neck has always titled forward as opposed to resting flat on top of my shoulders. It did not stop me from playing sports throughout my youth. My daughter also played four years of varsity field hockey as the sweeper at Prospect HS in Saratoga.
