Bill sat there like a deer in headlights and took an apparent schlonging. Obama's economy can be added here. trump rode his coattails and then destroyed it.

The MAGA cult cannot be convinced that four of their foundational beliefs are not only false, but absurdly so: Trump is a patriot, Trump is a committed Christian, Trump is a good businessman, and Trump is a straight-talking tell it like it is truth-teller.

They are committed completely to these foundational beliefs of the tribe and refuse to test them against reality, objective facts, or Trump's words and actions.

The depth of their four foundational beliefs is all about symbol over substance and as shallow as this:

Trump is a patriot because he hugged a flag and because lifelong Republicans falsely label anyone who is not a Republican as anti-America.

Trump is a committed Christian because he held a Bible and helped in the corrupt takeover of SCOTUS to end the make believe murder of babies.

Trump is a good businessman because he was on a reality show and his name is on some buildings.

Trump is a straight-talking tell it like it is truth-teller because he speaks at a fouth grade level that I can understand.

Whenever tRump says, "I could have done that better" or "That wouldn't have happened on my watch" you know it is total bullsh@it when you consider:

1. He is dumb as a turnip, just ask people who worked in his Administration;

2. He has a long record of being a failure at everything he tried his hand at. He had to be bailed out by his old man, and after he died, the bankruptcy court; and

3. The people who worked in his Administration were mediocre because no one any good would stay with him. If he wins this time around it will be worse because he can't hide that he is a senile psycho and the primary requirement will be to swear an oath of fealty to the king.
