A substantial number of the dead represented by the Crosses of Lafayette are on Dick Cheney. He is the most responsible for the pretextual invasion of Iraq. He cooked the intelligence reports coming out of the CIA to justify the invasion, he lied to Colin Powell and used his good reputation to sell a false presentation to the U.N.,the destruction of Iraq eliminated the most effective counterweight to Iran and he is responsible for thousands of needless deaths and maimings, both physical and psychological.

When he had a chance to act on his own war mongering instincts during the Vietnam War, he took a hard pass and secured 5 deferments. When asked why he did that he responded, "I had other priorities."

The only good he did in my book is to bad mouth Trump and sire a daughter that had the balls to stand up to Trump at the cost of her career. This good, however, does not out weigh the bad he did…..and he doesn't get any bonus points just because he died.

Beshear gives fine answer, but completely dodges having to talk about Mamdani at all.


Dingell decides to prop up a career pro-war Spanberger as if she is going to do anything more than the usual nothing that all Democrats do.


Meanwhile, Chuck Schumer is still undecided on whether he's going to endorses Mamdani in the election, so Bernie Sanders steps up to the podium while Schumer hides.
