These allegations led to an internal network inquiry and her subsequent 2018 ouster from Fox News.

The primary allegations include:

1. Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Exposure

Unwanted Nudity:
The former assistant alleged that Guilfoyle frequently required her to work at Guilfoyle's Manhattan apartment while the host displayed herself entirely naked and asked the assistant to critique her body.

Graphic Imagery:
Guilfoyle was accused of showing her assistant and other coworkers explicit photographs and videos of male genitalia, identifying the men involved (some of whom were romantic partners or fans).

Lurid Workplace Discussions: The complaint stated that Guilfoyle spoke incessantly and in graphic detail about her personal sex life.

Demanded Physical Contact: The assistant alleged that Guilfoyle demanded a massage of her bare thighs on at least one occasion.

Coerced Sexual Favors: The complaint claimed Guilfoyle pressured the assistant to submit to another Fox employee's sexual demands and actively encouraged her to sleep with wealthy, powerful men.

Lack of Privacy:
Guilfoyle allegedly forced the assistant to sleep over at her apartment and share hotel rooms during business travel, creating a deeply uncomfortable environment.
