I have an extra prepaid reservation friday/saturday night, have 3 rooms but one buddy has made alternative plans.

Room is a two double room, Rates in this hotel are now $500/night before tax. Other equivalent hotel rooms are at least $375.

I'm asking $275/night all in or $550.
