Cal is Back at it After the Early Signing Period Offering 2020 LB Andy Alfieri

After Bears sign 25 in the early recruiting period, it is back at it for the class of 2020, offering 2020 LB Andy Alfieri‍.

Strengths: Alfieri jumps off the screen when looking at his highlights, his speed and football instincts are evident. As a running back, you can tell what kind of athlete he is because he isn’t just running over smaller players, he is running away from them. He moves very well in and out of breaks, and lays the wood when given the chance. Very high motor and fits the mold of what Wilcox is looking for. Alfieri is an old-school football player; he is going to hit you in the mouth on every play.
 

Interesting Tidbit: One of his brothers is a wideout at OSU, another brother is a football recruiting assistant for OSU, another is Stanford linebacker Joey Alfieri, and his father played football  at OSU there as well.

Areas of Improvement: He will need to build up his body a little bit more, but he does have the frame to be able to add 20 pounds.
