Can Cal Flip the Offensive Script in 2019

Cal’s recent struggles on offense haven’t gone unnoticed. Last season, the Bears averaged about three touchdowns a game — and that doesn’t account for the six touchdowns and one safety that were direct results of the defense and special teams. Cal scored less than 20 points in seven out of its 13 games last season and had two games in which it only scored once. Not good.
Last season’s struggles represent a four-year offensive slide for the Bears.
