Cal is four practices into the 2019 Fall Camp and the number one question remains the QB competition.  Not only whose likely to take the first snap on August 31st vs. UC Davis but will the Bears see improvement from this critical position.   With the defense projected to once again be formidable, the focus this camp is squarely on the offense and in particular the play of the signal-caller.
