The last time Cal beat USC, senior linebacker Devante Downs was just seven years old.

The Trojans have owned the Bears since that day in 2003, winning the last 13 meetings between the schools, but Downs is not concerned with the past.

“We don't really care about the streak," he said. "Our team hasn't been a part of the last 13 years, so we're just taking this game one game at a time and it's an individual situation. That's how we're treating it.
