Bears Have Sluggish Tuesday Practice

Tuesday’s practice was the longest of the week — stretching about two hours — and while it was mainly closed to media and the general public, offensive coordinator Beau Baldwin said the coaches had to fire up the team a bit.

“We kinda let, a little bit, the newness of Tuesday get to us when it can’t,” Baldwin said after practice. “We gotta be better and we gotta be sharper at the beginning of the week.
