After a last-minute emotional win in a rivalry game, it’s tough to tell how a team will show up the following week. Despite a bit of a slow start, Cal’s offense and defense continued its momentum after beating Stanford in Palo Alto to finish the last third of the season 3-1 and take a two-game win streak into whichever bowl game it ends up playing.

It was a bit of a rollercoaster season, but it’s always a good thing to finish on the positive side of the rollercoaster to carry into post-season practices ahead of a bowl game.
