JT Shrout '110 Percent' Committed to Cal

Hart High School (Newhall, CA) quarterback JT Shrout‍ announced his commitment to Cal in June, and four months later, he remains fully on board.

“110 percent a Cal Bear, that's for sure.” he declared.

The three-star senior is an interesting prospect. At 6-foot-3, he has ideal size for a quarterback. He has also impressed NFL scouts with his throwing motion, footwork, and fundamentals, as Yahoo's Pete Thamel wrote in July.
