6-2/175 Folsom cornerback Kaleb Higgins hadn't planned on committing as early as this last week but the timing just felt right for the future Bear.
“Ever since I went out to their game last year against Oregon State when they offered me, I’ve thought about how it was a beautiful environment and city,” said Higgins. “I followed up again for Junior Day and when I connected with the coaches, it felt like nothing I had with any other school.
