The Bears’ defensive line unit went from being fairly deep and experienced to thinner and younger in the offseason, with the grad transfers of seniors Luc Bequette and Chinedu Udeogu and the opt out of DE/OLB Tevin Paul in the offseason.

DL Coach Andrew Browning has done an admirable job on the recruiting front and will need several of his 2020 d-line recruits to step in and make an impact in 2020.
