Cal Hoops Player Review: Monty Bowser

Ranked at No. 131 in 247Sport’s composite ranking, expectations were fairly high Bishop O’Dowd wing Monty Bowser would make a meaningful impact in Cal’s rotation as a freshman. Unfortunately, because of a crowded perimeter and Bowser reportedly being banged up for most of the season, it never happened.

Bowser saw the court in 16 of Cal’s 28 games but had low minutes and usage rates in those games in which he played.
