Cal Football Spring Practice 11 Notebook

Practice at Memorial was held Friday under fall-like conditions – it was dark, cloudy, with a biting cool-to-cold wind.  Despite showers all around the area, practice remained dry, and just in time for post-practice video sessions, the sun came out to make it appear to be a warm and lovely day.

Some general notes below:

Special teams practiced kickoff “returns” – really, more practicing kickoff catches, since only the receivers participated.
