Calhoun Talks OLB Transition

6-4/280 OLB Akili Calhoun made the transition from DE this spring and has gradually adjusted to the move. The redshirt freshman out of Brentwood, CA Liberty High School did not have many opportunities last year as a true frosh but this year he is looking to have a bigger impact on the field with his versatility.

“Right now, I’m playing outside linebacker,” Calhoun said. “It’s a big change for me but I know that I can do it. The coaches believe in me.
