In December, the Bears picked up Clemson portal transfer MLB Sergio Allen‍, a former 2020 4 star Fort Valley, Georgia prep recruit also offered by the likes of Alabama, Georgia and Florida. As a 4-year prep starter, Allen posted 357 total tackles, including 222 solo, to rank in the top five in school history in career tackles, adding 45 career tackles for loss, including 15 sacks and 48 quarterback hurries.
