California head coach Justin Wilcox finally made the decision to change kickers late in last week’s loss to Washington, a change that will remain in place for the foreseeable future as freshman Mateen Bhaghani takes over for Michael Luckhurst.

What Wilcox remains unsure of, however, is who will be the Bears starting quarterback against Arizona State this Saturday at Memorial Stadium.

Sam Jackson V and Ben Finley have shared the job through the first four games.
