Roy Fisher, who starred at Cal from 1987-91, sat down recently for a lengthy conversation with Bear Insider’s Eric McDonough, a former teammate.  As one who tries to stay abreast of his alma mater, Fisher can not only understand what the current Bears are going through, but also sees hope for improvement.
