Bears Ready to Host 2nd Big Official Visitor Group of the Summer

After an extremely successful opening official visits weekend for 2026 recruits that saw four new commits with strong offers join the 2026 class, including 6-7/335 4 star Archbishop Riordan OT Tommy Tofi‍, 6-5/315 3 star Murrieta Valley OL Elisha Faamatuainu‍, 6-0/190 4 star Bishop Montgomery RB Victor Santino‍ and 6-2/280 3 star De La Salle DL Nemyah Telona‍, with several more mulling a future commitment to the Bears.

This weekends visitors also include a group with strong offer lists as well, including commits:

Jayden Crowder‍ 5-11/165 4 star Rancho Santa Margaria CB - The talented corner committed to Cal in November after their Big Game win after picking up offers from Miami, Penn State, Tennessee, Washington, Texas A&M and more. Crowder had 45 tackles, 8 passes defended, 2 interceptions and a recovered fumble as a junior.

Jaxon Pyatt‍ 6-2/210 3 star Arvada West (Arvada, CO) MLB - The high 3 star was named 1st team All-State by the Denver Post and also added Conference Defensive Player of the Year honors in his stat sheet stuffing junior season where he added 140 tackles, 4 sacks, 3 forced fumbles and an interception. He also holds offers from Ole Miss, Syracuse, Boston College, Kansas State and more.

Uncommitted visitors include:

Giancarlo Cereghino‍ 6-0/205 Campolindo (Moraga, CA) longsnapper - The local product got on the recruiting radar early for a specialist, pulling in offers from Alabama and UCLA in addition to Cal. Cereghino also has an official visit scheduled with UCLA next weekend.

Frank Fanua‍ 6-3/265 3 star Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA) DE - The 2-sport athlete also plays on both sides of the line, compiling 17 tackles, 3 TFL and 1 sack in 8 games as a junior. Fanua also holds offers from Boise State, Fresno State, San Diego State and more.

Keytrin Harris‍ 6-4/305 4 star Compass Prep (Chandler, AZ) DL - The big 4 star DL has offers from Georgia, Miami and offers with OVs from UCLA (5/24), Arizona (5/30) and Tennessee (6/13). Harris totaled 50 total tackles and 6 sacks in 10 games as a sophomore at Las Vegas Bishop Gorman before transferring to Compass Prep.

Major Hinchen‍ 6-2/170 3 star La Quinta (La Quinta, CA) CB - Hinchen had 21 tackles, 2 interceptions, 3 passes defended and one forced fumble as a junior. The 3 star CB also holds offers from BYU, Utah, Nebraska, Missouri and more.

Kordae Houston‍ 6-3/275 3 star South Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX) DT - The  Dallas native holds a strong offer list, including LSU, Miami, Texas A&M, Georgia Tech, Pitt and more. Houston compiled 54 tackles, 4 sacks, 2 forced fumbles and 1 interception as a junior.

Koloi Keli‍ 6-3/290 3 star Farrington (Honolulu, HA) IOL - The Hawaiian interior lineman also holds offers from Oregon, SMU, Arizona and offers and OVs scheduled with Michigan State last weekend and Hawaii next weekend.

EJ Morgan‍ 6-0/165 3 star Central East (Fresno, CA) WR - In his junior season in 2024, Morgan hauled in 45 catches for 647 yards (14.46 ypc) and 8 TDs for Central East. The rising senior is also a star on the track, notching impressive marks of 10.80 in the 100, 21.59 in the 200, 47.94 in the 400 and 22'7" in the long jump. He also ran on his 4X100 relay team that finished 3rd at the State Championships with a 3:13.13 time. At the NorCal National Preps Camp in February, he set an event record with a 131” broad jump, which would have placed him tied for fourth among receivers at the NFL Combine. The 3 star WR also holds offers from Arizona State, Oregon State, Boise State, San Diego State and more.

Khalil Sanogo‍ 6-5/300 3 star Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX) OL - The Texas OL also holds offers from Kansas State, Houston, North Carolina, Arizona and more.

Luca Wolf‍ 6-5/250 NFL Academy (London, England) TE - The London native holds offers from UCF, South Florida, UAB and a host of FCS programs as he continues to get the attention of programs across the pond. Also a former hoops player, Wolf shows potential as a big, physical blocker and pass catcher.
