Listening to Wilcox talk about problems with end of half management, it seems clear he expected JKS to spike the ball at the end of the half. Sorry, that's ridiculous and a waste of precious seconds. With less than 30 in the half, and timeouts in your pocket, you use the timeout. That's on Wilcox. And jKS's instinct WAS to call timeout. JW simply doesn't get clock management. Have someone else in charge of it. Ridiculous.
