The sixth-ranked Duke Blue Devils beat the Cal Golden Bears in Haas Pavilion on Wednesday night, 71-56.
The first sell out game this season began hot for the home crowd as the Bears jumped out to a 13-7 lead in the first seven minutes.
The Bears’ first possession boded well for the Bears as John Camden and Lee Dort quickly double Duke’s freshman phenom Cameron Boozer on the wing and forced a turnover.
