Welcome to Cal, Nojus! I saw you when you played here with Pitt. If I yelled at you from the stands, hey, nothing personal! What I was thinking on the inside was that I wished you were on our team... and now you will be!
Go Bears!
The Bears added another portal commitment today in University of Pittsburgh guard Nojus Indrusaitis.
The 6-5/185 Junior transferred to Pitt from Iowa State after signing out of Brewster Academy in Illinois as a prep. He became a big perimeter threat for the Panthers in the back half of the season, averaging 41% from 3 in the last 20-plus games of the season.
As a sophomore, the newest bear averaged 9.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.7 assists on the season for the Panthers, shooting 39% from 3. The Lithuanian-born guard set a career high with 19 points against NC State in the second round of the ACC Tournament, going 6-of-9 from the field and a career-best 5-of-8 from three-point range.
Indrusaitis joins Georgia SF transfer Jake Wilkins and Wright State combo guard Michael Cooper in the Bears' 2026 portal recruiting class.
