The Beardog Report: Defensive Back Zahran Manley

After signing only one DB scholarship recruit in the 2018 class (Chigozie Anusiem), it was good to see the first verbal commit in the 2019 class be another long defensive back, Zahran Manley from Upland, California.

While we have several underclass DBs currently on the roster who played extensively last year, many are juniors and sophomores who will be Cal alumni in the near future.  Look for at least three to be added in this next class, and possibly four.
