The Beardog Report: Arizona Nose Tackle Brett Johnson

Cal recently added another large body to its 2019 football recruiting class with the verbal commitment of three star defensive lineman Brett Johnson, from Desert Vista HS in Phoenix, Arizona.

Listed at 6'4" and 275 pounds, Johnson plays with good leverage and hands.  He also has a very good motor, continually driving his legs through contact and bursting toward the ball carrier.
