It's become a bit harder to post pics & edit in this forum.

Can't help you with parking. I fly up from So Cal, so it's always BART, Uber, and walking. But I did want to chime in with my suggestion if you're looking for pizza and you have time to venture a bit farther from campus. I always try to get to Zachary's when I come up for a game. They have a couple of locations; I go to the one on College Avenue. It's a Chicago style stuffed pizza, and even though I'm a serious carnivore, the spinach-mushroom is one of my favorite things to eat in the entire world. It's maybe 2 miles from campus, but it's a nice walk or an easy bus ride straight down College, near the Rockridge BART station.

Top Dog on Durant is a must. Not because it's THAT great, but for the tradition.SacPackFan said:
Thanks for all of this info! Looking forward to this but worried that Nevada's high expectations could wilt in front of Bears excellent secondary.

The announced attendance will be 41K.
Only about 32K will be in the stands.
wifeisafurd said:In retrospect I forgot this was an evening game. That does knock down the attendance, perhaps as much as 5K to 7.5K on actual attendance.wifeisafurd said:
Playing top 25 team
Looks like good weather and hopefully clear (not smokey) skies
Masks optional outside
Pent-up desire to see a football game live?
Small crowds on early California games due to C-19 variants, heat or maybe lower fan interest after all this time?
I'm thinking 40 to 45K announced and 30K plus in the stands (sorta like the 32K announcesd for UCLA, most which were masquerading as empty seats).

Fair amount of students here, everyone else, not so much (even the Nevada crowd seems tiny).

Hah not even close, endzones and west size were empty, definitely under 30,000, maybe even closer to 25.Big C said:BearForce2 said:

For those who were there, did it look like ANYTHING CLOSE to 35,000 butts in seats?
(FS1 seemed to be going out of their way NOT to show wide-angle or aerial crowd shots... a bad sign.)
Actuall butts in the seats were not even close to that. Looked more like 25,000 to 27,000 to me.Big C said:BearForce2 said:

A significant variance between tix sold (35117) and attendees (?) is not unexpected given the time of game and the concern regarding the COVID situation. I would have expected actual attendance to be in the 80% range (28K) of tix sold.Golden One said:Actuall butts in the seats were not even close to that.
