2021 Big Game Week Events

BERKELEY – The 124th Big Game will be played at Stanford Stadium this Saturday, Nov. 20. The contest will be televised by Pac-12 Network and kick off at 4 pm PT.

The rivalry has many traditions and events that take place during the week of the Big Game and below is a list of known activities and public events members of the Cal community are slated to take part in. In addition to the events, Wheeler Hall, Doe Library, Campanile and Sather Gate will be lit in blue and gold (Sunset – 2 am PT) throughout the week beginning Sunday, Nov. 14.
 
Monday, November 15
11 am – Cable Car Rally (Ghirardelli Square, 900 North Point Street, San Francisco)
#6 pm – Men's Basketball vs. San Diego (Haas Pavilion, 115 Haas Pavilion, UC Berkeley)
 
Tuesday, November 16
11:30 am – The Big Sail (St. Francis Yacht Club, 99 Yacht Road, San Francisco)
#7 pm – Women's Basketball vs. Utah State (Haas Pavilion, 115 Haas Pavilion, UC Berkeley)
 
Wednesday, November 17
Noon – Tree Chopping Rally (Sproul Hall, Barrow Lane, UC Berkeley)
 
Thursday, November 18
#7 pm – Men's Basketball vs. Southern Utah (Haas Pavilion, 115 Haas Pavilion, UC Berkeley)
8 pm – Night Rally (Starts at Bowles Hall, 1928 Stadium Rim Way, Berkeley … runs thru campus and City of Berkeley … ends at Unit 3 Courtyard, 2400 Durant Avenue, Berkeley)
 
Friday, November 19
6 pm (Doors)/7 pm (Rally) – Big Game Rally (The Greek Theatre, 2001 Gayley Road, Berkeley)
 
Saturday, November 20
#9:30 am – Men's Water Polo at MPSF Championship semifinals (Avery Aquatic Center, 235 Sam MacDonald Mall, Stanford)
#4 pm – The 122nd Big Game (Stanford Stadium, 625 Nelson Road, Stanford, CA)
 
Sunday, November 21
#1 or 2:45 pm – Men's Water Polo at MPSF Championship third-place game or championship game (Avery Aquatic Center, 235 Sam MacDonald Mall, Stanford)
