The commencement of Fall Camp is always a propitious event.  The nearly effortless optimism that seems to flow at this time of year pervades and there’s curiosity and excitement around the teams potential for success.

Only it feels different this year.  Markedly so.  Momentum for Cal off the field has been consistent and positive for five years in a row.

A lot of kids, (especially from California) really fell through the cracks in recruiting because of Covid.
No senior year stats, no camps to attend, no coaches able to visit HS Campus for class of 2021.
Get ready for some big surprises!
