Also the defense allowing two long second-half TD drives to a terrible Chicago offense playing in the rain, that wasn't great either.

Carr's deep passes are all nothing less than Hail Marys, and then he is incredulous when they get picked off.

Nice use of a 3 year $121.5M extension.

…and now, right after heaving his 3rd INT of the game, he raises both arms angrily over his head insinuating it was the fault of his WR.

I am somewhat disappointed that Chargers O got flat in the face of all those Carr f ups.

Perhaps this is not the traditional choke Raiders defense.

Because I am a former life long Raiders fan that attended the Lamonica and Stabler era games….which just magnified how horrific the years thereafter have been.

Carr has signed in excess of $200M in contracts and I don't think he has won a playoff game. When I was still a fan (before the move to LV), I can't count the times he sewing machine stabbed his fans by choking game after game fumbling, getting sacked without resisting, throwing strictly Hail Mary long balls, and throwing INTs in key situations. The cherry on top of that is that he never owns his f ups. His body language makes it clear that he blames everyone but himself.

….and although I am a Believer, I don't believe God gives a rat's cloaca about Carr's football career.

My impression from watching Hard Knocks a couple of years back is that most of his teammates are laughing at him behind his back.

He has made serious bank, I'll give him that.

Thursday's game between Chargers and Chiefs promises to be a gunslinger battle royal. We may see 600+ passing yards in the game. The aggregate passing yards in yesterday's games of Mahomes (360 yards) and Herbert (279 yards) was 639 yards and the combined passing TDs was 8 (Mahomes 5; Herbert 3).

It's not just bearister.
Carr has made a career out of breaking hearts.
He clearly has the physical talent to lead the team to a super bowl.
But his mind won't let it happen.
He has blown so many games in clutch moments that I have lost count.
He's a warrior but he's got the gun pointed the opposite direction.
I think he has single-handedly lost more clutch games than any QB in history.
You can pretty much guarantee that he will turn the ball over when it matters most.
