We're gonna look silly if our offense does not do anything against a team that gave up 44 and 625 yards last week.

Weak ass tackling. Uninspired offense. Dumb penalties. Laying eggs against a very beatable team. Back to our typiCal style

i hope i dont jinx us but multiple times our kick looks like it is going to be blocked too, i am unsure do we just not have the athletes on the field or what? how can our tackling be so bad?

The first guy to the ball almost always whiffs on the tackle which gives the other team an extra 10 to 15 yards.

Our kicker never had the strong legs. We compensate for it by doing 2 things.

1. Surprisngly the return man by kicking it at an angle to get it to a spot where they wont catch it (or fair catch it due to suprise)

2. We do australian style punting so we run sideways for a good 2 to 3 seconds to get our guys extra time to go downfield.

Neither is a recipe for success. Especially when we are backed up and we CANT do either of those anymore (case in point for the 30 yard punt earlier in the game)


Giving the lack of future prospects for kickers, u'd think that we can get some elite legs to come to Cal for our education

Our empty backfield offense sucks.

Clueless. our coach is clueless

After the whole week after their team said "we are going to key in on Ott and make him beat us", we don't even show the possibility for play action, and we do WR screens that HAS NOT WORKED since week 1. What does our coach do during the week?

I get the 5-wide scheme though, Wazzu's secondary is a bit slow in the open field.

Need to look for our tight ends Latu was wide open on that third down play…
