What does the contract say as what constitutes "termination without cause"? Tx.

If memory serves correctly, an investigation was announced in April of 2019 and then we never heard anything after that and then Covid happened.


Then after the 2021 season, Knowlton extended Wilcox out 6 more years, so even if the report was damning, it would be tough fire Wilcox for "cause" because of it. Though Knowlton did give McKeever a new $5 million contract despite reports of racism and abuse from the swimmers and their parents that were not investigated and then we later fired her for cause.
